I recently returned from Clamour Theatre Company‘s Clay & Water 2023 Retreat, where I got to spend a week in residence with fellow playwrights Maggie Wilson, Christine Benvenuto, Bill D’Agostino, and Erin Proctor. We worked on our plays, explored some of the sights of North Florida (like going on a sightseeing cruise around St. Augustine, pictured below!), and met a lot of local talent. And of course, the highlight for me was Clamour’s fantastic reading of my play WINCHESTER/WINCHESTER, starring Catie Casey, Danielle Dobies, Ella Escamilla, and Jamie Getman.
