On October 18, I was lucky enough to be a guest artist for the Film Club at The River House in Capon Bridge, WV. It was a really fun event where I shared some of the shorts I’ve worked on over the years and talked with local film buffs about making movies.

The River House is an arts center that has an amazing array of arts programs for the community–I also got to check out their open mic night while I was in town!–as well as a cafe serving great food (I particularly enjoyed the beef stew that was the special the week I was there). I loved everything this program was doing and am so glad that it exists.

Thank you to Danielle, Taylor, Hannah, Jo, Beth, Tim, and everyone else at The River House for the invitation! Can’t wait to visit again the next time I’m back east.
